crossing the Vasari corridor
One of the most important museums in the world

who have made history
I was lucky enough to visit the Uffizi Gallery in 2016, a truly unforgettable experience.
The museum houses a collection of priceless works of art, deriving, as a fundamental nucleus, from the Medici collections, enriched over the centuries by bequests, exchanges and donations.
The Vasari Corridor was built in 1565 by the architect Giorgio Vasari, the passage from the beginning in Palazzo Vecchio to the end in Palazzo Pitti measures approximately 760 meters.
It houses an important set of museums. The palace is completed by the Boboli Gardens, one of the best examples of an Italian garden in the world. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit the garden.
